My husband Victor is from Cuba, Has lost his Mom and Dad and has not seen his Sister in almost 30 years. She now lives in Miami,FL with her new husband and I would love for him to be able to reunite with her if we win! He has been fighting depression for some time and I think being able to see at least his Sister after all these years could help…….The remainder of his siblings are in Cuba and Venezuela.
